IRONPEAK Warranty Policy

Thank you for your interest in Ironpeak's products and services. This Limited Warranty applies to Ironpeak branded products sold by Ironpeak,

Ironpeak's warranty applies only to the original purchaser ("you") and is limited to the conditions set forth below. 

Do not use Ironpeak’s products unless you have read Ironpeak's manual and warranty terms.

The one-year limited warranty ("Warranty") is as follows:

By using Ironpeak products, you agree to the terms of this warranty. You may return any unused product within the return period specified in Ironpeak's return policy.

Products sold by Ironpeak are not intended to compensate for, prevent, or diagnose any disease or medical condition.

Your use of the services provided by Ironpeak is at your own risk.

Please read the full terms and conditions provided by ironpeak. In the event of any conflict between the text of this Warranty Statement and any information posted on the Website or any services available through the Website, the most recent update relating to your use or specific service will govern.

IronPeak warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase under normal use.

(Warranty Period) For Ironpeak products purchased from Ironpeak Website or from an official retailer, we provide the following limited warranty for the product you purchase.

If you are not sure whether the seller is an official distributor, please contact info@ironpeak.co.kr. 

If you submit a claim to ironpeak within the warranty period, ironpeak will provide you with the following options:

(a) Replace the product with a model that is identical/functionally equivalent to the refurbished product

(b) a partial or full refund of the purchase price (excluding taxes and shipping charges);

(c) exchange of products with promotional codes for part or all of the purchase price, subject to product defect criteria (excluding tax and shipping);

Products repaired under this warranty may or may not be provided free of charge.

All products are warranted for (i) more than 90 days from the date of repair or (ii) for the remainder of the warranty period.

How to get warranty service

To obtain warranty service, please follow the procedure below.


To submit a claim to Ironpeak within the warranty period: (i) make a request to info@ironpeak.co.kr or through the place of purchase where the purchase was made

What is not covered by this warranty?


 Ironpeak will not be liable for damage caused by failure to follow instructions and instructions for products that are not covered by this warranty.

(a) the design, features or decorative features of the product are not defects in the product;

(b) Normal wear and tear and cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and plastic breakage.

(c) defects caused by customer negligence or damage caused by misuse, accident (including collision, fire);

Lens lifetime warranty policy

Ironpeak NXT lenses come with a lifetime warranty for ‘breaks’, not against 'scratches' or ‘nicks’.

Warranty does not cover lens scratches or damages caused by consumer negligence or negligence.


Standard return policy

For unopened products, you may return the package within 7 days of receiving the product for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding taxes and shipping charges).

For opened (unboxed) products, you may return the product in undamaged condition after it has passed an inspection by an authorized Ironpeak employee or authorized distributor for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding taxes and shipping).

Refunds by bank transfer or debit/credit card, depending on payment method, will be issued within 30 business days of the returned item in its original condition.

Ironpeak reserves the right to refuse to accept any such return or charge a restocking fee of 15% of the cost of the product or the price of the missing parts and accessories, whichever is greater.



To the maximum extent permitted by law, this warranty policy does not apply to the circumstances below, for which Ironpeak shall not be liable.

(A) SPECIAL BY ANY OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY LOSS, LOSS OF REVENUE, ACTUAL OR LOST PROFITS (LIMITED LOSSES OR POTENTIAL LOSS OF PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY, CONDITION, OR OTHER LEGAL THEORY; incidental or consequential damages (financial loss) loss of money, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of reputation or loss of data; or

(B) INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY. Confidentiality of data stored on the product. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS FROM JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION.


Additional Information

No authorized ironpeak distributor, agent or employee is authorized to modify, extend or add to this warranty. If any term remains illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms will not be affected or impaired. This warranty is governed by and constituted by the laws of the country in which the Iron Pick product was purchased. Ironpeak or any successor thereof is the guarantor under this warranty.
